Dr. Matthias Dühn, LL.M., Foreign Registered Lawyer (Vietnam):
Dr. Matthias Dühn, LL.M. (Georgetown) was admitted as a lawyer to the German Bar Association in 2001 and has been registered as a “Foreign Registered Lawyer” in Vietnam since 2007. He has been focusing his law firm Viet Diligence Legal law firm, founded in 2014, 
on market entry of foreign investors and entrepreneurs in Vietnam, and is therefore familiar with all legal questions relating to Vietnamese investment-, corporate-, commercial- and tax laws. He also advises on all matters questions relating to international contract drafting and complex contract negotiations, particularly in the area of commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and joint ventures. Dr. Dühn is also experienced in all Vietnamese labor law issues, such as drafting employment contracts, termination of employees and complex settlement negotiations.

Ms. Mai Phuong Lan, Attorney-at-Law:
Ms. Lan holds a law degree from Hanoi University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Coventry Business School, London. She has worked as a Vietnamese lawyer and co-founded Viet Diligence Legal in 2014. At Viet Diligence Legal, Ms. Lan mainly advises on foreign direct investment, start-ups and joint ventures in Vietnam. In addition, Ms. Lan has extensive experience in Vietnamese commercial and corporate law, customs and competition law in Vietnam as well as in all labour and immigration law issues in Vietnam. Ms. Lan has experience in the following industries: IT and outsourcing, retail, manufacturing and real estate.

Mr. Do Khac Hiep, Attorney-at-Law:
Mr. Hiep graduated in law from Hanoi Law University and has been accredited as a Vietnamese lawyer from the Hanoi Bar Association since 2010 as an active member. Prior to joining Viet Diligence Legal, Mr Hiep has worked as in-house counsel for a large pharmaceutical company, and therefore understands especially the needs of in-house lawyers who form part of Viet Diligence’s client base. In addition, Mr. Hiep has experience as a senior associate for a large local law firm. Mr. Hiep focusses his practice on the general Vietnamese civil and criminal law, including representation of Viet Diligence Client’s at Vietnamese authorities and courts.

Ms. Le Hoang Cam Sa, Attorney-at-Law:
Ms. Sa received her Bachelor Degree in Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2017 and has been admitted as a Vietnamese lawyer in 2019. Ms. Quan Ai Nhu, Attorney-at-Law:
Ms. Nhu received her Bachelor Degree in Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2014 and has been admitted as a Vietnamese lawyer in 2018. Ms. Dao Minh Phuong, Legal Assistant:
Phuong received her Bachelor Degree of Law from Hanoi Foreign Trade University in 2016, majoring in International trade Law. She is also attending the official lawyer training course at the Vietnam Judicial Academy. Phuong focuses on investment, cooperate and commercial law. At Viet Diligence Legal, Phuong assists in preparing official dossiers for the establishment of enterprises, joint ventures and other investments in Vietnam. Phuong is also experienced in labour law related matters such as applying for residence cards and work permits.
